This is one of my favorite photos from our family photo albums, of my younger sister and I running the bases at Candlestick Park (then 3Com Park). Every Sunday after a Giants baseball game they would let children 12 and under go onto the field and run the bases once. This was our first time and I still remember how great it was to be able to step onto the field where the greats had just played. In the photo we are also wearing the (massive for us) one-size fits all Giants shirt they gave away to fans that day. My family and I still love to go to Giants' games, but my sister and I are now too old to run the bases; hopefully one day we'll be able to come back and let our kids do the same!
