Bath's architecture

Deemed a World Heritage Site, thanks in part to the Outstanding Universal Values of the creative genius of the Georgian architects who transformed Bath from a medieval walled city, to a magnificent Neo-Classical city built from honey coloured stone quarried nearby with wide open boulevards and elegant parades. This collection shows many of these buildings in approximately 1903, before stone cleaning was undertaken.
